Once you place your order, our team begins processing it right away — typically within 12 business hours. When our warehouse receives your order, we estimate around 2–4 business days to fulfill it. This includes careful preparation, packaging, and shipping label creation.
Once your order is ready to ship, our couriers will pick it up from the warehouse. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date provided by the courier. This helps you keep an eye on your shipment and know exactly when it should arrive.
